    Late check-out may be available. From 12:00 PM–2:00 PM, a half-day rate applies; after 2:00 PM, a full night’s rate will be charged (based on availability).

General Information

  • Rates are subject to change.

  • Our property is completely non-smoking.

  • Guests must be 21 or older to check in.

  • Children 11 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult.

  • We do not accept cash. A major credit card is required to check in.

Pets

  • A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted, and each dog must be 40lbs. or under.

  • Non-Refundable Pet Fee Per Hotel Stay - guests with a furry friend will be charged a non-refundable deep cleaning fee of $100 for 1 dog, or $150 for 2 dogs.

  • Refundable $100 Hotel Security Deposit – all hotel guests are responsible for a separate and refundable $100 Security deposit required to cover incidentals and/or potential room damage(s). This deposit does not limit the guest’s responsibility for extraordinary damage. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for any costs exceeding the amount of the deposit.

  • Please note that animals meeting the definition of a service animal under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) – specifically dogs that are trained to perform a specific task to help with a person’s disability are exempt from the fee outlined in #2 above.

  • Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), comfort animals, therapy animals and personal pets are NOT considered service animals under the ADA and are subject to the fees per stay noted in bullet #2 & #3.

  • Pets are not permitted in any pool or in any areas where food is served; however, ADA service animals are permitted in guest-accessible areas as required by law.

  • Pets must remain on a leash or in a carrier when not in a guest room.

  • Pets must not be left unattended in a room at any time; if the pet were to be left unattended, and other guests are disturbed and/or damage to the rooms were to incur; the hotel may apply additional charges and may require that the pet be removed from the property.

  • All guests who have their pet(s) stay overnight understand and agree that they are responsible for any damage that may be caused by their pet while it is housed at The Catalina Hotel.

  • All Guests with pets understand and agree that should The Catalina Hotel & Beach Club determine that a pet has become disruptive, aggressive, or otherwise objectionable to other guests, the owner must immediately remove the pet(s) from the property and secure alternative accommodations. The guest agrees to take full responsibility for any injury caused by the pet and incurred by any guest, employee or invitee of the hotel; and to hold The Catalina Hotel & Beach Club harmless against any claims, demands, costs and expenses that may arise.

Additional Guests

  • Extra adults: $25 per person per night (maximum 4 guests per room, depending on room type).

  • Extra children 12 and older: $25 per child per night (maximum 3 children per room, depending on room type).

  • Cribs are available at no charge, based on availability.

Fees & Deposits

  • Resort Fee: $30 per day plus 14% tax

  • Food & Beverage Gratuity: 18%

  • Food & Beverage Tax: 9%

  • Security Deposit: A $100 authorization hold per night will be placed on your card at check-in for incidentals. Any unused funds are released after departure. Most banks release holds within 3–5 business days, though international banks may take longer. Please check with your bank for details on how holds are processed.

Important
The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in. The name on the card must match the reservation, and the cardholder must be present with a government-issued photo ID.
