  Late check-out may be available. From 12:00 PM–2:00 PM, a half-day rate applies; after 2:00 PM, a full night’s rate will be charged (based on availability).

General Information

• Rates are subject to change.

• Our property is completely non-smoking.

• Guests must be 21 or older to check in.

• Children 11 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult.

• We do not accept cash. A major credit card is required to check in.

Pets

• We welcome dogs up to 40 lbs (maximum two dogs per room).

• $250 non-refundable pet fee per room, per stay.

• Service animals are always welcome, and the pet fee is waived.

• Dogs must be accompanied at all times.

Additional Guests

• Extra adults: $25 per person per night (maximum 4 guests per room, depending on room type).

• Extra children 12 and older: $25 per child per night (maximum 3 children per room, depending on room type).

• Cribs are available at no charge, based on availability.

Fees & Deposits

• Resort Fee: $30 per day plus 14% tax

• Food & Beverage Gratuity: 18%

• Food & Beverage Tax: 9%

• Security Deposit: A $100 authorization hold per night will be placed on your card at check-in for incidentals. Any unused funds are released after departure. Most banks release holds within 3–5 business days, though international banks may take longer. Please check with your bank for details on how holds are processed.

Important
The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in. The name on the card must match the reservation, and the cardholder must be present with a government-issued photo ID.
